Enterprise Sales Lead

As our Growth Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering our go-to-market strategy at InsideOut, a pioneering mental health tech start-up. With a focus on transforming workplace mental health, you'll leverage your expertise to develop, grow, and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring the success of our business.
Responsibilities- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and refine our go-to-market strategy, managing the end-to-end sales cycle and driving revenue growth.
- Sales Process Optimisation: Continuously review and improve our sales process, identifying opportunities to enhance lead generation, nurturing, and deal closure.
- Maintaining Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring contract renewal and continued partnership.
- Proven track record in B2B sales with 7+ years of experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end sales process, achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong analytical skills, able to inform sales strategies with data-driven insights.
