About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience Consultant. As a key member of our global trade team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and issues.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and drivers, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and promote added value services.
  • Proactively manage customer shipments, tracking and notifying customers of any deviations from the schedule, and providing solutions or alternatives as needed.
  • Deliver proactive customer service, maintaining regular contact with customers through phone, service reviews, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Reduce the need for service recovery by anticipating and solving problems before they happen, and addressing and fixing the root cause of any issues that may arise.
  • Use your relationship with customers to increase revenue, growing our share of wallet and promoting added value services.
Requirements
  • A strong customer service background, with proven success in a similar role.
  • A passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • The ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
  • A flair for learning quickly when facing new problems, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Motivated by achieving results, and accustomed to high performance KPIs.
  • A strong commercial awareness, able to secure sales through service.
  • An excellent communicator, able to relate well to all kinds of people.
  • The ability to build rapport and use diplomacy and tact to defuse high tension situations.
  • A high sense of responsibility, committed to continual personal development.
