Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders across the globe to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to track performance and identify trends.
  • Monitor supplier performance and work collaboratively to improve service levels.
  • Proactively develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in projects and undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
