Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Consultant to join our successful and ambitious Maersk Customer Service team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving business efficiency, and continuously improving our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a 1st-class level of customer service, professionally and efficiently, in accordance with documented procedures.
- Liaise with key parties, including third-party suppliers and Maersk offices worldwide.
- Continuously innovate and improve our service offerings, increasing business efficiency.
- Process documents accurately and timely, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Produce internal and external reports, statistics, and client KPI reporting.
- Monitor third-party supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support clients in problem-solving, building an in-depth understanding of their business and challenges.
- Proactively identify supply chain process challenges and suggest solutions to optimize the process.
- Attend client meetings and participate in Supply Chain Management project teams.
- A passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Previous experience in Logistics (a plus).
- Ability to use rigorous logic and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and drive new working practices.
- Expertise with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Good telephone manner and strong Customer Service mindset.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
