Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, professionally and efficiently, in accordance with documented procedures.
- Liaise with key parties, including third-party suppliers and Maersk offices worldwide.
- Continuously innovate and improve the service provided to customers, increasing business efficiency.
- Process documents accurately and timely, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Produce internal and external reports, statistics, and client KPI reports as required.
- Monitor third-party supplier performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Support clients in problem-solving by building an in-depth understanding of their business and its challenges.
- Proactively identify supply chain process challenges and suggest solutions to optimize the process.
- Attend client and other meetings as required.
- Participate in Supply Chain Management project teams.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested.
- A passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Previous experience in logistics (a plus).
- The ability to use rigorous logic and analytical skills to solve complex problems with effective solutions.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines, work in a high-paced environment, and drive the development of new, more efficient working practices.
- Expertise with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- A good telephone manner and strong customer service mindset and approach.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
