About the RoleThe Consultant Psychiatrist will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care pathways, ensuring that patients receive high-quality treatment and support. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
As a Clinical Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our services and contribute to the development of new initiatives. You will also be responsible for supervising and supporting trainee doctors and SAS doctors, as well as collaborating with Primary Care and other services to optimize patient care.
Key Responsibilities- To provide clinical leadership and expertise in the management of patients with complex mental health needs.
- To work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care pathways.

- To collaborate with Primary Care and other services to optimize patient care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Salary InformationThe salary for this position is estimated to be around £120,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a basic salary of £123,128 and additional allowances for out-of-hours working and on-call duties.
