About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to join our team at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our care group and Suffolk & North East Essex Integrated Care Board (SNEE ICB) Mental Health Transformation Team, you will play a critical role in driving service improvement programmes for mental health provision across the North East Essex system.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have recent previous experience within a comparable role and will be able to demonstrate post-specific knowledge across the range of work procedures and practices, underpinned by theoretical knowledge. You will have PRINCE2 or MSP Practitioner certification and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leading transformation programmes reporting to the care group and SNEE ICB governance structures and forums as appropriate and interact with local care group operational leads.
  • Ensure processes are in place to meet quality standard indicators across the system.
  • Engage with frontline services and patient ambassadors to ensure that opportunities for service transformation and improvement are identified.
Requirements
  • Degree level or equivalent level of experience to demonstrate post-specific knowledge across the range of work procedures and practices, underpinned by theoretical knowledge.
  • PRINCE2 or MSP Practitioner certification.
  • Recent previous experience within a comparable role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position also offers a range of benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and access to training and development opportunities.
