Mental Health Team Lead

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals. As a dedicated Mental Health Team Lead, you will provide guidance and support to junior staff members while maintaining a high standard of care delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Providing professional advice and support to other agencies and multidisciplinary teams
• Acting as a role model and resource for junior staff members
• Identifying and addressing safeguarding concerns
• Ensuring compliance with the Mental Health Act 1983
• Supporting the promotion of carer and service user involvement within the service
Requirements:
• Registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN Part 3)
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) post-qualification
