About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) in North East Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to the team, including recruitment, sickness management, and roster management.

The MHST works in partnership with schools and colleges to support the mental health and emotional wellbeing of young people. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the team provides a high-quality, timely, accessible, and evidence-based service to children and adolescents.

This is an exciting opportunity to progress within an operational capacity and work closely with registered professionals who share your passion for improving mental health outcomes for young people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting with recruitment, including reviewing job applications, interviewing, and planning induction packages
  • Sickness and absence management, including return to work meetings, staff wellbeing meetings, and referrals to occupational health
  • Roster management, supporting with annual leave requests, flexible working requests, and study leave
Salary Information

The salary for this position is £43,041-£51,411 per annum, depending on experience.
