About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Community Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Essex, UK. As a Community Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated services for individuals with co-existing mental health and substance misuse problems.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in community mental health teams and drug and alcohol services, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for leading on raising awareness and promoting better understanding amongst substance misuse and mental health staff and the wider partnership of the issues and risks associated with co-existing problems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. The salary for this position is approximately £43,000-£51,000 per annum, depending on experience.
