Salary: £38,052 - £44,573 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our community mental health team. As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance and support to our team members, while also developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient outcomes.

  • Providing leadership and guidance to junior social workers and other team members
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient outcomes

  • Identifying and addressing areas for improvement within the service

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Registered Social Worker with Social Work England
  • Experience working in community mental health teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
