**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Safeguarding Adults Practitioner to join our team in Darlington. The successful candidate will provide safeguarding assessments and interventions for adults aged 18+ in the Darlington area.

As a Safeguarding Adults Practitioner, you will be responsible for working closely with service users, their families, carers, and professionals to ensure their safety and well-being. You will also be required to conduct risk assessments and develop safeguarding plans to prevent harm and promote independence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult social care principles, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
