About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As a Clinical Sister, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Promptly assess adult patients and develop individualized care plans that reflect their unique needs.
  2. Plan and deliver nursing care that meets the highest standards of excellence and ensures patient safety.
  3. Participate in the teaching and training of junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
  4. Familiarize yourself with and adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures to protect vulnerable adults.
  5. Utilize electronic systems accurately and efficiently as per departmental guidelines.
  6. Maintain high compliance levels by participating in regular training sessions and adhering to medicines management trust policies.
Requirements
  • NMC registration is essential for this role.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your remuneration, you can expect a range of benefits that support your well-being and career growth.
