We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Support Associate to join our team, working closely with an outstanding management team and excellent practitioners who put children at the heart of everything they do.

The role involves supporting a pupil with SEND needs in a local secondary school. As a valued member of our team, you will receive:

  • Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working as a Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant in a school environment, a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff, and experience working with secondary-aged pupils. Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults, undertaking thorough interviewing and referencing checks, and holding or being prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.

You will work 1-2-1 with a pupil, enthusing, motivating, and engaging students in a demanding and rewarding environment. The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 per annum (£575 per week). If you meet these requirements and are passionate about education, we want to hear from you.
