Nursing Lead

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Lead to join our team in County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where you are highly supported and no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include prompt assessment of adult patients, planning and delivery of nursing care that reflects current patient care needs, participating in teaching/training of more junior staff, and following policy and procedure accurately for Safeguarding adults.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will be required to use all electronic systems as per departmental policy and participate in all training to ensure compliance is high.
This role offers a comprehensive induction programme and role-specific training, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this position.
Key Requirements- NMC registration
The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
