Nurse Leader in Hospice Care

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Leader to join our team at St Teresas Hospice. As a member of our Inpatient Unit, you will provide leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, promote effective communication among staff, and contribute to the development of the hospice's palliative care services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of nurses to deliver exceptional patient care
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and experience

What We Offer:
- Salary range: £29,276 - £33,609 per annum (pro rata)

To be considered for this role, you must have a First Level Registered Nurse (General/Adult Nursing) qualification and current NMC registration.
