About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients and their families. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with experience in delivering palliative care.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Delivering palliative care to patients with complex needs
  • Working collaboratively with the nursing and multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Supporting patients and families through the palliative care journey, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Experience of working in a healthcare setting, providing personal and/or clinical care
  • Experience of delivering palliative care
  • Able to drive for work with full UK driving licence, and accepted by our insurers to drive Hospice vehicles under our driving insurance policy at a cost which is reasonable to the Hospice


Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £14,420.48-£14,976.00 per annum, plus enhanced rates for unsociable hours. You will also receive training and development opportunities, flexible working schemes, generous company annual leave, sick pay, and maternity/paternity/adoption pay entitlements.
