Compassionate Care Professionals Wanted

Staff Partners Nursing, a leading healthcare provider in County Durham, is seeking Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to deliver outstanding care at our hospital in Darlington. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate and competent care based on current evidence of best practice.
Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated salary of £25-£35 per hour, paid weekly, with the opportunity to work as many shifts as desired. Our benefits include free uniform, training and support, and an excellent referral bonus.
Job Description
You will be responsible for promoting health and healing by observing and monitoring well-being, and evaluating care effectiveness. You will also ensure patient needs are met through liaising with multidisciplinary team members, and safeguard patients by following best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in acute hospital settings or nursing homes. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
