Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Routes Healthcare (North) Careers. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of paid care experience in the UK, a valid UK driver's license, and access to a car for work. A caring attitude, patience, and ability to work independently are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and medication management
  • Monitor client health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns to management
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of paid care experience in the UK
  • The right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship
  • A valid UK driver's license and access to a car for work

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
