The People & Talent team at LBR help to drive our business forward by recruiting diverse top talent, developing our employees and promoting an inclusive work environment. We have a strong focus on the training and development of our teams and maintaining the wellbeing of all our employees.
The role and day to day tasks of someone within the People & Talent team can vary. From recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, policies, learning and development, diversity and inclusion – the list could go on. The aim of the work experience program is to give you visibility and practical experience in these areas to help develop your skills and see if a role in People & Talent is for you. You'd be helping the team with their day to day tasks, supporting employee engagement projects, researching best practice and meeting people from across the team to learn more about the different roles that sit within People & Talent. You would be paired with a 'buddy' from the business as well as a mentor from within the People & Talent team who will be there to help guide you and set tasks for the duration of the work experience placement.

How would it work?
We are offering this work experience as a 5- 10 day placement (5 hours per day) which can be done fully remotely or hybrid (some days in the office, some working from home), depending on what works best for you. This work experience is unpaid but we would cover the cost of travel if it was to be in-person.
