Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Chief People Officer to design and execute people strategies that drive business growth and excellence.
- Lead the Head of Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top talent, enhancing our employer brand and recruitment processes.
- Oversee the Head of People Operations to build and maintain efficient people processes, ensure compliance, and optimize people systems and our partnering framework.
- Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee relations issues, promoting open communication, and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Drive Learning & Development initiatives to create impactful training programs and leadership development initiatives that foster continuous learning and growth.
- Lead and develop your People team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Develop and monitor People metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of People strategies and initiatives, providing regular reports to the CPO.
- Extensive experience in implementing advanced HR practices, with a demonstrated history of success in leadership roles within dynamic, fast-paced settings.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to roll-your-sleeves up when needed.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
