Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse with us, you will be responsible for developing and implementing client care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams. You will also provide nursing care that aligns with physician orders and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing, reviewing, and revising client care plans.
  • Providing nursing care that aligns with physician orders and individualized care plans.
  • Ongoing instruction and supervision to clients, families, or other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient conditions and documenting provided care services via electronic charting.
  • Participating in education programs, quality assessment activities, and staff meetings as required.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
