Job Description
Counter Assistant – WHSmith
As a Counter Assistant in one of our Post Office Stores, you'll provide exceptional customer service to connect people across miles and time, to organise travel money and documents, and to take care of bills and banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Manage queues and ensure that customers can access the services they need quickly and simply.
- Meet high standards of governance and attention to detail.
- Be part of a team and support colleagues.
