About the Role
  • Lead the growth of a new business division, driving revenue and enhancing the Zilch in-store proposition.
  • Identify and onboard key in-store brands from the UK's largest companies.
  • Create and implement strategies to secure commercial brand partnerships with prominent UK brands.
  • Promote the Zilch value proposition and product suite to prospective partners.
  • Negotiate best-in-market in-store deals and discounts for customers.
  • Develop and present compelling pitches to brands, clients, and affiliate networks.
  • Provide expert guidance to internal teams to improve the platform offering.
Salary & Benefits
  • An attractive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in creating long-term commercial partnerships with major retailers.
  • A proven track record of successful brand partnerships, with expertise in B2B partnerships, particularly in card-linked offers or gift cards.
  • Excellent relationship building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to sell and create new brand partnerships within B2B, gift cards, and in-store environments.
  • Strong presentation and account management skills.
  • Business acumen to drive business success.
