About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an Academic and Operations Officer to join our dynamic team at LKQ Europe. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering your peers and developing their talent.

Responsibilities
  • You will be involved in the day-to-day management of HR, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment processes.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards, as well as managing stock takes and audits to maintain accurate records.
  • You will be responsible for implementing measures to control stock levels and manage the fleet.
