Business Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Star People. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our marketing strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesYour main duties will include:
- Supporting the creation of marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Fostering partnerships with advocacy groups and other external stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Previous experience in associate brand management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of the NHS environment and decision-making processes.
- IT literacy, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM databases.
- Knowledge of the ABPI code.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, along with an extensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
