Job Title:
Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our team at IRIS Software Group. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial information to senior leaders, investors, and stakeholders. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

About the Role:
In this position, you will lead the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders. You will also collaborate with back-office cost centres and operational stakeholders to provide insights that drive performance. Additionally, you will maintain the Group Financial Model, Group Data Model, and create dashboards for executive committee and board reporting using Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • M&A Integration: Standardise reporting and modelling processes for newly acquired businesses to align with the IRIS framework.
  • Data and Modelling: Maintain the Group Financial Model, Group Data Model, and create dashboards for executive committee and board reporting using Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.
  • Strategic Projects: Support the annual budget, 5-year plan, bonus modelling, and ad hoc analysis to influence key business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with external investors and lenders to manage queries and build comprehensive reporting packs.

Requirements:
You must be CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or part-qualified) with a degree or equivalent experience. Additionally, you should have proficiency in MS Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and familiarity with enterprise systems like NetSuite. Background in finance business partnering, ideally in a software, subscription, or high-growth industry, is required. Experience in deal modelling or transaction services is a plus.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
