About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RSC Support Engineer to join our Restaurant Support Centre team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our IT systems, ensuring operational excellence across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account and Email Management: Efficiently set up and manage accounts using our enterprise management system and Active Directory. Configure and oversee distribution lists and email accounts through our cloud-based email platform. Facilitate requests for new email accounts in collaboration with our US-based team.
  • IT Equipment and Software: Order and manage IT equipment, including handling purchasing paperwork and configuration. Maintain IT equipment, escalate hardware issues to external support, and decommission expired hardware. Purchase, manage, and document software licenses. Install requested software applications.
  • Operational Support: Provide dedicated technical support within specified hours, assist in desk management, set up and manage desk and conference phones, and ensure connectivity and maintenance of network cabling to desks. Support users both in the office and remotely.
  • Reporting: Regularly update Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and generate monthly/periodical statistical reports.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, cloud-based email platforms, and experience using our enterprise management system.
  • Strong capability in managing IT equipment lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioning.
  • Skilled in software license management and installation.
  • Experience in providing both in-person and remote support to end-users.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to provide technical support during early hours and adaptability to meet changing operational needs.
