About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Income Generation Manager to join our team at RSC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and diversification, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Revenue Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive revenue growth plans, identifying new opportunities and partnerships to drive business expansion.
  • Lead Business Development Initiatives: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, foundations, and individual donors, to secure funding and support for our programs.
  • Manage Budgets and Financial Planning: Oversee annual income and expenditure budgets, ensuring effective financial management and strategic resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our Hub Managers, fundraising teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute integrated revenue growth strategies.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously monitor market developments, competitor activity, and emerging trends to inform revenue growth strategies and ensure our organization remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of experience in income generation, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and diversification.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth plans.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including corporate partners, foundations, and individual donors.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, identify opportunities, and develop effective revenue growth strategies.
