About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Income Generation Manager to join our team at RSC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our strategic direction and operational management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Income Generation
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive income diversification strategy to ensure the sustainability of our buildings and services.
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities for income generation, including tenders, social enterprise, product development, collaboration, and partnership.
    • Develop robust business cases and plans to support proposals and unlock growth potential.
    • Establish strong commercial partnerships to drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with Hub Managers to create new streams of revenue and secure future income for our Regional Youth Hubs.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the local and national context for our services.
  • Leadership
    • Contribute to organizational strategic decision-making and provide leadership to the whole organization.
    • Represent RSC at key partnership forums and networks to ensure the organization's influence and trust.
    • Maintain awareness of fundraising and charity law and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Requirements
    • A personal commitment to RSC's mission to help young people achieve their potential.
    • Experience in delivering open access and targeted youth work/youth participation programs.
    • Evidence of continuing professional development.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • Positive and self-driven, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • A satisfactory DBS check at enhanced level is required.
    • Experience in safeguarding children and young people.
