About the Role

This is a pivotal position that requires partnering with business leaders to deliver and implement initiatives that attract and retain high-performing and engaged talent. You will work closely with our global training team to develop and maintain globally applicable training content, and support the execution of our Leadership Development Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to successfully roll out local and global development initiatives, such as Inclusive Leadership & Virtual Inclusive Leadership
  • Develop and deliver strategy in partnership with our organisation, maintaining a full calendar of delivery & workshops throughout the year
  • Partner internally and externally with delivery partners to organise and coordinate our Leadership Development programmes, working closely with our Community of Belonging
  • Train as an Accredited Associate and work with our Business Partners & HR Leads to identify Certified Practitioner population across our system
  • Lead and design development and upskilling for Certified Practitioner population
  • Partner with our National Support Unit on design, delivery and execution of leadership programmes, alongside our Business Partners
  • Build and create robust methods for tracking, reporting, evaluating and analysing performance of our L&D offering and effectiveness of the programmes it delivers
  • Support the execution of our Leadership Development Curriculum
  • Work closely with the global training team to develop and maintain globally applicable training content
  • Partner with our Employee Experience Partner to identify and action initiatives following our surveys
  • Develop strategy for approach to Education across our system, enhancing use of our levy and owning existing partnerships with our partners

Requirements
  • Organisational Development and Leadership Development experience, and the ability to create and design learning experiences from start to implementation and evaluation
  • Ability to effectively work and communicate with people at all levels within the organisation
  • Analytical skills with strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously to gain insights and fuel design
  • Creative, flexible and innovative team player
  • Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills with an ability to build strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and various stakeholders
