About the Role

This is a key position within Nomad Foods, responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and analytics. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in insights and analytics, able to lead projects and teams to deliver actionable recommendations to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Insight - Develop and lead analysis to identify business opportunities and challenges, using a range of data sources and analytical approaches to inform business decisions.
  • Business Performance - Contribute to the delivery of continuous data management, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of business reporting and enabling intuitive self-serve access for the business.
  • Performance Review and Analysis - Develop analysis to identify business issues and opportunities, contributing to the monthly Exec Performance Review and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Data and Analytics Innovation - Lead projects to enhance our data and analytical capability, seeking new advancements in data and technology capabilities to enable us to act more quickly and effectively.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in insights and analytics, who is able to manage high levels of complexity and detail, and translate into clear messages and outcomes to enable action. The ideal candidate will have:

3+ years of experience in an Insights and Analytics roleHighly familiar with continuous data (EPOS, household panel) with strong analysis skillsStrong insight and recommendations delivery – connecting different data sources to create and land compelling and actionable outcomesMulti-market experience preferred but not essentialEffective communication and stakeholder management
