This position involves overseeing the CRM strategy and guiding a dedicated team. It is a pivotal moment for the organization as they aim to elevate this function into a central role in shaping their future marketing strategies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Management of Data Processes: Ensure the seamless operation of data workflows. Partner with strategy, demand generation, merchandising, and site experience teams to design solutions for reporting, monitoring, and testing.
- Oversight of CRM Programs: Direct the strategy and execution of all CRM communication initiatives, encompassing both automated and tactical campaigns.
- Analysis of Marketing Performance: Deliver insights on campaign performance as required.
- Maintenance of Data Quality: Improve data integrity through continuous data cleansing and standardization efforts.
- Documentation Management: Maintain or develop documentation for data processes. Conduct list uploads, ensuring data quality and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in data marketing with responsibilities in data management.
- Essential experience with the Google Marketing Platform.
- Proficiency in Google Marketing Cloud tools and statistical software such as R, Python, BigQuery, etc.
- Prior experience managing teams using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Advanced skills in Excel and expertise in data visualization tools (preferably Tableau or Looker Studio).
- Experience as a Brand/Marketing Strategist with demonstrable campaign results.
