It is a pivotal moment for the organization as they aim to elevate this function into a central role in shaping their future marketing strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Management of Data Processes: Ensure the seamless operation of data workflows. Partner with strategy, demand generation, merchandising, and site experience teams to design solutions for reporting, monitoring, and testing.
  2. Oversight of CRM Programs: Direct the strategy and execution of all CRM communication initiatives, encompassing both automated and tactical campaigns.
  3. Analysis of Marketing Performance: Deliver insights on campaign performance as required.
  4. Maintenance of Data Quality: Improve data integrity through continuous data cleansing and standardization efforts.
  5. Documentation Management: Maintain or develop documentation for data processes. Conduct list uploads, ensuring data quality and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in data marketing with responsibilities in data management.
  • Essential experience with the Google Marketing Platform.
  • Proficiency in Google Marketing Cloud tools and statistical software such as R, Python, BigQuery, etc.
  • Prior experience managing teams using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and expertise in data visualization tools (preferably Tableau or Looker Studio).
  • Experience as a Brand/Marketing Strategist with demonstrable campaign results.
