Revenue Growth Management Expert

The Revenue Growth Management team at Nomad Foods Inc is a key strategic function that drives long-term profitable growth. As a Revenue Growth Strategist, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth, expand the profit pool, and increase Nomad Foods' share of it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand the profit pool
  • Partner with central and local teams to drive improvements through the business
  • Ensure the delivery of RGM capability and embed the Nomad Foods way of doing RGM across all markets
  • Support MU RGM practitioners in the deployment of integrated RGM capability change programmes
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Blue Chip FMCG industry, preferably in the food and beverages sector or RGM capability consulting
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results
