Lead Marketing Analytics Strategist

Role Overview: Reed Marketing and Creative is collaborating with a prominent consumer brand in search of a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager. This position is pivotal in steering data-centric digital marketing initiatives, objectives, and key performance indicators across various product lines. The role encompasses overseeing the CRM strategy and guiding a dedicated team. This is a transformative period for the organization as they aim to elevate this function into a central element of their marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Management of Data Processes: Ensure the seamless operation of data workflows. Work in conjunction with strategy, demand generation, merchandising, and site experience teams to design solutions for reporting, monitoring, and testing.
  2. Oversight of CRM Programs: Direct the strategy and execution of all CRM communication initiatives, including both automated and tactical campaigns.
  3. Marketing Performance Analysis: Deliver analysis on campaign performance as required.
  4. Data Quality Assurance: Improve data integrity through continuous data cleansing and standardization efforts.
  5. Documentation Management: Maintain or develop documentation for data processes. Conduct list uploads, ensuring data quality and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Over 7 years of experience in data marketing with responsibilities in data management.
  • Proven experience utilizing the Google Marketing Platform.
  • Expertise in Google Marketing Cloud tools and statistical software such as R, Python, BigQuery, etc.
  • Prior experience in managing teams with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools (preferably Tableau or Looker Studio).
  • Background as a Brand/Marketing Strategist with demonstrable campaign results.
