CMA Recruitment Group is pleased to collaborate with a prominent distribution firm to identify a qualified Financial Strategist.


In this pivotal role, you will engage closely with the executive team, overseeing daily financial operations, compliance reporting, and month-end closing activities across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Strategist:


• Oversee all daily accounting functions, which typically encompass Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, and Revenue Recognition.

• Coordinate the development of budgets and financial forecasts, while analyzing and reporting any discrepancies.

• Prepare and disseminate all monthly financial reports.

• Supervise the audit process and collaborate with external auditors as necessary.


Ideal Candidate Profile:


• Must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or possess equivalent experience with a solid background in finance roles.

• Demonstrate strong financial insight and technical accounting expertise, with experience in both management and statutory accounting.

• Experience in the distribution or FMCG sector is preferred.
