About Tec Partners:

We are currently looking for an experienced 2nd/3rd Line Technician to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

This role offers a range of exciting challenges, including resolving complex technical issues and collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Act as the escalation point for the Service Desk, troubleshooting complex technical issues and collaborating with other teams to resolve them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our IT solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a Senior IT Support role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
