About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the deployment of our operating system within delivery units, training, leading, and providing technical expertise. You will also engage with regional operational teams and functional experts to embed the operating system as the standard way of working.

You will lead projects and support a larger programme, tackling issues or re-occurring challenges using problem-solving, in-depth analysis, and implementation of sustainable countermeasures. Additionally, you will develop and coach others to develop Value Stream Maps to identify improvement opportunities to be delivered by field leads.
