About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at CV-Library. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer to take on a leadership role and oversee the delivery of projects with a focus on technical report writing and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing and Quoting: You will be involved in or lead quoting for small, medium, and large projects/contracts, ensuring accurate cost estimation and timely completion.
  • Technical and Project Delivery: You will check and approve technical reports produced by other team members, providing feedback to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Liaison: You will maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Procurement: You will purchase services as required to support ongoing projects and business growth, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Cost Management: You will ensure that projects under your management are delivered within budget, controlling costs effectively and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Line Management: You will supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Personal Development: You will take ownership of your career development, staying technically astute and commercially competent to meet the demands of this challenging role.
