We are currently seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lead to join our team in Great Yarmouth. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare project reports and presentations to communicate project status and progress.
  • Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HNC/HND or 3 years equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and control.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
