Responsibilities
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring quality processes are in place and monitoring product performance to maintain industry standards. They will lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using 5 Whys and Fishbone methods, drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizan and Lean Six Sigma principles, and conduct product risk assessments (PFMEA).

Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in Automotive, Aerospace, or Defence sectors.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing processes, quality auditing, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP.
