About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to contribute to the success of our production operations and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate new and existing production lines to identify areas for improvement and advise on manufacturing processes, analytical requirements, and equipment.
  2. Ensure the seamless transition of new products into production (NPI).
  3. Coordinate the activities of personnel involved in engineering investigations and new product pilot runs.
  4. Conduct tests and measurements throughout stages of process or analytical procedure development to determine process control and identify improvements.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Science in Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  2. Minimum 3 years experience in production engineering.
  3. Expert knowledge of electronic engineering principles, practices, and techniques commonly employed in the design and production of electronic products.
  4. In-depth understanding of Lean Manufacturing.

What We Offer
