We are seeking a qualified Project Engineer Lead to join our well-established team at Todd Hayes Ltd in Norwich.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Travel will be paid at enhanced rates.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have ownership of projects from handover until completion, recording and resolving actions via an action tracker. Key responsibilities include providing drive and energy for project completion, acting as the project focal point, liaising with customers and internal departments, and identifying risks such as commercial, contractual, design, and schedule.

Additional duties include assessing risks, defining and managing project delivery schedules, ensuring financial management systems are current, and preparing project user requirements, documentation, and manuals by engaging with customers.

Requirements
  • Qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline
  • Financial forecasting in a project environment

A suitable candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential.
