Technical Support Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to our clients. This will involve providing expert advice and guidance on technical matters, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Main Duties:- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction ratings
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Annual salary: £23,000
- Hourly rate: £11.79
- Holiday entitlement: 31 days rising to 33 with length of service (PRO RATA)
