Technical Support Specialist

Select Appointments is on the lookout for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join their Norwich-based IT team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be immersed in a dynamic and diverse IT environment, interacting with customers and engaging with various cutting-edge technologies.
About the PositionThis is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will operate from Monday to Friday, enjoying a starting salary of £20,000 (salary negotiable based on experience). In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Essential Skills: To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of IT hardware configuration, first-line support, and administration and support of Microsoft Server and client Operating Systems. Additionally, you should possess industry qualifications and Microsoft Certification.
