Plant Maintenance Technician

AWE Plc is recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Apprentice to join its Maintenance Teams. Based in RG7 4PR, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining commercial systems, including HVAC, pumps, rotating machinery, steam, and condensate systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a passion for hands-on work. We offer a comprehensive training program, ongoing support, and career progression opportunities.
To be considered, applicants must have Engineering Apprenticeship NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in a relevant discipline or NVQ/Diploma Level 2 plus industrial experience. A recognised relevant qualification such as City & Guilds, ONC, or BTEC Level 3 is highly valued.
