Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Randstad UK Holding Careers. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of the construction site
  • Coordinate and manage sub-contractors and trades staff
  • Ensure compliance with company programmes and customer care standards
  • Assist with inductions and toolbox talks
  • Monitor and report on site progress and performance
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
