We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of the site, including programming, quality control, and health and safety.
- Work closely with subcontractors and trades staff to ensure that work is completed to the required standard and on time.
- Assist with inductions, toolbox talks, and other site-based activities.
- Contribute to the development of site staff, including training and mentoring.
- Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assistant Site Management experience on traditional build housing schemes.
- Experience of working with HA, would be an advantage.
- Trade background, whilst being a supervisor would be an advantage.
- CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
- Competitive basic salary and annual bonus.
- Company car or car allowance.
- Agile working possible (dependent on role).
- Up to 33 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
