Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of the site, including programming, quality control, and health and safety.
  • Work closely with subcontractors and trades staff to ensure that work is completed to the required standard and on time.
  • Assist with inductions, toolbox talks, and other site-based activities.
  • Contribute to the development of site staff, including training and mentoring.
  • Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Assistant Site Management experience on traditional build housing schemes.
  • Experience of working with HA, would be an advantage.
  • Trade background, whilst being a supervisor would be an advantage.
  • CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
