We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional build projects, with experience working as part of a production team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the site
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
  • Monitor and report on site progress

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a flagship traditional build scheme in Ely, Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in the delivery of this project.


Requirements
  • Experience of working as an Assistant Site Manager on traditional build projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
